• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in permanent account or order blocking

  • Cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or operational limitations
  • Refund paid amounts if cancellation is initiated by us

• Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
• Delays due to couriers, weather, strikes, customs, or force majeure are not our liability.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.

We follow a strict no-loss policy:

• Custom / personalized products
• Sale or discounted items
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Minor color or design variation

• The wrong product was sent
• The product is damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours with clear video proof)

All claims without unboxing video evidence may be rejected.

You agree:

• Not to misuse the website
• Not to submit false claims, fake disputes, or fraudulent chargebacks
• That abuse of policies may result in legal action or permanent restriction

• All designs, logos, images, text, and content are our exclusive property
• Copying, reproducing, reselling, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited
